Dm3 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using dm3's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the dm3 platform available at dm3.im, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use dm3's services.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and dm3 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use dm3's services.
- Use of this platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be used for commercial or business purposes without prior written consent from dm3.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access dm3's full range of services, you will need to register a valid account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without notice.
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are fully responsible for all activities that take place under your account.
- Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any other party.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact dm3 support immediately.
Prohibited Use
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the dm3 platform is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to dm3's systems or other users' accounts is strictly prohibited.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the dm3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). dm3 accepts a variety of local payment methods, including DuitNow and Malaysian online banking. You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited belong solely to you and have been obtained through legitimate means.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
- Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies, which may change from time to time.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform once identity verification is completed.
- Dm3 reserves the right to delay or withhold any suspicious withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation.
- Any transaction fees charged by the bank or payment processor are the responsibility of the user.
Identity Verification
Dm3 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or when transaction amounts exceed a certain threshold. This is a standard security measure to protect your account and meet compliance requirements.
Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Limitation of dm3's Liability
Dm3 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or platform unavailability caused by factors beyond dm3's control, such as connectivity issues or natural disasters.
Account Suspension and Closure
- Dm3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account that breaches any of these terms without prior notice.
- Accounts suspected of involvement in fraud, bonus abuse, or illegal activity will be closed immediately, and any associated balances may be forfeited.
- Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of these terms are not entitled to any compensation or refund of balances related to that breach.
Intellectual Property
All content on the dm3 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the property of dm3 or its respective licensors and is protected under copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from dm3.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The dm3 platform may include links or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors and game content providers. dm3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Use of any third-party service is at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
Dm3 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Such changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Governing Law
